Summer is so much more enjoyable with a Sea Spray pools that if we had our way we would most probably spend the entire year having fun in the pool. But in most countries and climates, the use of a pool is limited to just a few months ever year and that just takes the fun out ofhaving a personal swimming pool. However, now there are a number of ways with which you can extend pool season and make the most of your Seaspray pools.
If you live in cooler climates, you can still get to use your pool throughout the year with the help of heating products. Products like solar covers, solar heaters, gas heaters, heat pumps, etc. all can help you enjoy your pool year round.
1.So here are your options and the first on this list are Solar Covers. Solar covers are not just easy to use but very cost effective as well. Solar covers accumulate heat through out the day and retain this heat throughout the night. They are great for use on both above ground and inground pools.
2. Another option for keeping the pool usable throughout the year are Solar sun rings. These are built with highly resilient UV-resistant vinyl. They are large rings of various sizes and are placed over the pool’s surface to heat up the water and keep the pool warm throughout the night.
3. If you live in an excessively cold area, then it is best that you use a gas heater to keep the pool warm. Gas heaters are highly effective and can heat up your pool quite quickly. For this purpose you can either choose to use a propane gas heater or a natural gas heater. This way you can raise the temperature of the water by almost 30 degrees Fahrenheit or more.
4.The next best way of heating your pool is Heat Pumps. Heat pumps gather warm air from around the pool, compress it and circulate it to heat the pool water. Although heat pumps are designed to be used in warmer climates, yet they can be used everywhere since they too can heat up the water to a very comfortable level.
5. And last but not the least are solar heaters which basically use electricity to heat the pool but are best suited for areas with excessive sunshine. They can be installed in a number of places in order to heat the pool, like the roof or by the side of your seaspray pool to absorb solar energy and convert it into enough energy to heat the water up to almost 20 degrees.
